This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Policy") applies to all information that the website "Yans" (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"), located at the domain name www.yans.kz, may obtain about the User during the use of the Site, Site programs, and products.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1 The use of the Site by the User implies acceptance of this Privacy Policy and the terms of personal data processing.

6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

6.1 The User is obliged to:

6.2 The Website Administration is obliged to:

1) Use the received information solely for the purposes specified in section 4 of this Privacy Policy.

2) Ensure the confidentiality of the confidential information, not to disclose it without the prior written permission of the User, as well as not to sell, exchange, publish, or disclose the User's personal data in any other possible way without the User's consent.

3) Take precautionary measures to protect the confidentiality of the User's personal data in accordance with the procedure commonly used to protect this type of information in the existing business practice.

4) Block the personal data related to the respective User from the moment of the User's request or request of their legal representative or authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects for the period of verification in case of identification of inaccurate personal data or unlawful actions.

7. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES

7.1 The Website Administration, failing to fulfill its obligations, is responsible for the losses incurred by the User due to the unauthorized use of personal data, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

7.2 The Website Administration is not responsible in case of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information if:

1) The confidential information became publicly available before its loss or disclosure.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

8.1 Before filing a lawsuit for disputes arising from the relationship between the User of the website and the Website Administration, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for voluntary dispute resolution).

8.2 Within 30 calendar days from the date of receiving the claim, the recipient of the claim shall notify the claimant in writing of the results of the claim consideration.

8.3 If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be referred to a court in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

8.4 This Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Website Administration are governed by the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

9. ADDITIONAL TERMS
